Last weekend my friend Rebecca hooked me up with free tickets to the Outside Lands festival in Golden Gate Park. Radiohead, Beck, Devendra, Tom Petty, Wilco, Broken Social Scene, Andrew Bird, Stars, and more all for free? Stuff like this happens so often to people like Bex and my friend Emily that I am beginning to think I have been a sucker for ever having paid for a concert in my life. I came home and did some research on how to make that more of a regular thing. More details coming later. In the meantime since this is a photo blog, here is the only photo that I shot the entire weekend (Emily let me borrow her camera).
Thanks Bex for being generous with such a valuable commodity!
I am currently addicted to the TV show Twin Peaks, ...sometimes binging on three to four episodes a day. It's all I can think about. So naturally, I was happy to see this Twin Peaks inspired fashion spread in BUST Magazine's latest Aug/Sep issue:
If you're noticing a resemblance to the real Abe Lincoln right now it's because this guy is an actual relative. Taken with the Meg over Memorial Day weekend at Roaring Camp Railroadswhere they have an amazing civil war re-enactment
and a train ride that takes you through the redwoods.
I just got a bunch of film scanned from various camera tests. This was shot with my Diana in Pt. Reyes. I will try to post more results over the next couple of days.
